Location: TreEscape Aerial Adventure Park, 414 County Rd 517, Vernon, NJ, 07462

Position Type: Seasonal (Up to 40 Hours/Week)

Position Overview:

As an Admission’s Adventurist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will
play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth guest’s services experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Understand and provide accurate park information including ticket types, prices, amenities, group rates, policies, etc.
• Abide and enforce all park policies in compliance with safety standards.
• Manage existing reservations to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
• Understand and successfully process walk-in tickets, merchandise, photo’s, and food/beverage sales through our point-of-sale system.
• Handle electronic payments accurately to ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Manage participant waivers.
• Record merchandise and food/beverage inventory to ensure all products remain in-stock.
• Answer phone calls regarding park inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain your work area for a clean and organized space.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the park.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally; escalating to management when necessary.
• Promote TreEscape and Great Gorge events, specials, Hef’s Hut, etc. to enhance guest engagement.
• Stay informed about park activities, safety protocols, and updates to provide accurate information to guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
• Passion for outdoor activities and a willingness to learn about our aerial adventure offerings.
• Must be available to work weekends, select weekdays, Night Climbs, and holidays.
