Position Summary:

As a TreEscape Monitor at our aerial adventure park, you will be the primary point of contact for
our guests, responsible for supervising, instructing, and assisting them during their adventure.
Your role is vital in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. With a focus on
safety, guest engagement, and operational excellence, you will play a key part in the success of
TreEscape.

Essential Functions:

• Complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure park readiness.
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Provide first aid as needed, based on your level of training, and respond appropriately to
  emergency situations such as weather events, mechanical failures, or injuries.
• Assist the Adventure Supervisor and/or Manager with the maintenance and adherence to
  standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ropes course equipment.
• Accompany guests on the ropes course and assist as necessary, in accordance with your
  certification level.
• Train guests on the proper use of ropes course equipment and safe practices/techniques.
• Monitor guest activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and park regulations.
  Job Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable working at varying heights; must demonstrate a full range of overhead arm
  motions.
• Ability to perform all technical rescues appropriate to your certification level.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with guests and handle difficult situations with grace.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual abilities are encouraged.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training and attainment of the necessary certification level.
